How can I buy my WLS Training Plan?

1. Book an online appointment with the PT Alan Garcia to have a chat about your habits and set up everything needed to develop your Training Plan.

 

2. After that you will be oriented about the best plan for you so you just will follow step by step the payment process.

 

As soon as your payment get in our system, we will start developing your Training Plan.

Online Training

WLS Personal Trainer is an individual training session lasting from 30' to 60', specific to your case, monitored full-time by the PT. It can be done at home, condominium, park and beach.

Price: Au$ 85,00 session

WLS Training Plan is a specific methodology. 

monitored in person by the PT once a week. 

Price: AU$ 125,00 week

WLS Online Training works by applying the training program using online service tools.

It's done in a specific way and monitored online by the PT on a weekly basis.

Price: AU$ 55,00 week
