
Hello, welcome to the WLS Beginners Running Group

The WLS Beginners Running Program is the opportunity to learn to run with the correct posture, correct breathing, proper rhythm, avoiding injuries, among other important points for those who want to learn to run.
​
This program is for sedentary people or stopped training for a while, needing to lose weight.
​
Running training will initially take place at Hughes Park Mascot.
​
After this training phase, training will take place on beaches, coasts and parks.
​
The goal is learning to run, following all the recommendations to train correctly and safely.
A running training program for beginners will be offered.

If you live near Mascot, need to lose weight, this program is for you.
